Old School Rock 'n' Roll From The 50' & 60'
Chimbo’s Revial is the right choice if you're into real Old School Rock 'n' Roll
Chimbo's Revival from Copenhagen/Denmark are still travelling the world, with their hit's
"Crazy Man Crazy, I Saw Her Standing There, Small Beer and Stuck In 64".
Ingvar "Chimbo" Kristensen has been in showbiz since 1976.
With the strange nick name "Chimbo" named after a cartoon character in the early eighties, the band has managed to stick together through thick and thin.
With a rare combination of comedy and Rock'n Roll, Chimbo's Revival has a large audience of many generations. With a new live album on its way, Chimbo's Revival is looking forward to another actionpacked tour and lots of TV Shows.
In 1980 Chimbo's Revival got to know the British classic rock band
The Swinging Blue Jeans. The lead guitar player Colin Manley, was formerly in the sixties the leader of The Remo Four managed by Brian Epstein.
Colin Manley wrote several songs for Chimbo's Revival including "Stuck in 64" and Small Beer".
Chimbo can proudly add that Colin "sat in" three times as a
special guest star on three tours with Chimbo's Revival. Once in 1996 and two times in 1998.
